1. General Policy

Invention Labs Cloud maintains a no-refund policy for all services once work has commenced or resources have been utilized. This policy applies to all our service offerings including but not limited to AI development, consulting services, custom software solutions, and digital transformation projects.

2. Usage-Based Services

For all usage-based services, including:

  • AI model training and deployment
  • API calls and computational resources
  • Cloud services and infrastructure usage
  • Data processing and analysis services
  • Consulting hours and expert time
  • Custom development work

No refunds will be provided once these services have been utilized, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction. Resources consumed cannot be returned or credited.

3. Project-Based Services

For project-based engagements and custom development work:

  • No refunds are available once project work has begun
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable upon completion of deliverables
  • Partial work completed will be charged proportionally with no refunds
  • Project scope changes may incur additional costs but do not qualify for refunds of previous work

4. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: No refunds for unused portions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Paused services do not extend subscription periods

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical failure on Invention Labs Cloud' side preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate payment processing errors
  • Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
  • Breach of contract by Invention Labs Cloud (as determined by legal review)

Even in these cases, refunds are at the sole discretion of Invention Labs Cloud management and require thorough documentation and review.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel ongoing services:

  • Provide at least 30 days advance notice for project cancellations
  • Complete payment for all work performed up to cancellation date
  • Accept delivery of all completed work and materials

7. Quality Assurance

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we are committed to quality:

  • Regular progress updates and milestone reviews
  • Professional delivery of all promised services
  • Technical support during agreed warranty periods
